Return-Refund policy

At Toy Haven BD, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

You received a wrong product.

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You received an incomplete order (missing parts or accessories).

To be eligible, please ensure:

You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or receipt).


Instant Return

Customers are required to inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be returned immediately before the delivery person leaves. Failure to do so will void the return and replacement eligibility.


Unpacking Video Proof

If a delivery person is not present during unpacking, customers must record a clear video of the entire unboxing process (showing the parcel seal, product condition, and any issues). In case of any damage or discrepancy, the recorded video must be submitted as proof to initiate the return or replacement process.Without valid video evidence, claims for damage or wrong item may not be accepted.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.

Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).

Toys that have been used, unsealed, or altered.

Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products such as baby rattles, teething toys, or plush toys without seals.


Return & Refund Process

Our support team will verify your request and arrange pickup or ask you to send the product back.

After inspection, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

Refunds for prepaid orders are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

o For COD orders, refunds are processed via bKash/Nagad or as store credit.


Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (for damaged or wrong products), we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost once the returned item is received and approved.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
